What times can I train?
We run all 1-2-1 and group sessions Monday to Saturday. From 6am-8pm. You can easily book your slots through our easy to navigate app.
Isn’t personal training expensive?
At The Exercise Lounge we strongly believe that PT should be available to all. Therefore we have created lots of options to suit all budgets.
Do I have to be tied in?
Absolutely not. All of our options are non contract. We don’t need to tie you in with contracts. The results you receive will keep you coming back!
